Where are you delivering right now?

How does license verification work?
Upload a photo of your state-board cosmetology license during signup. We run it through Licensify (a licensed identity-verification service for beauty pros) for instant approval. No manual review, no waiting.
What’s the delivery fee?
First delivery is free for every new customer (WELCOME10 applies automatically). After that, delivery is billed per order, the exact rate is set by the store you’re ordering from. Auto-restock members get four free deliveries per month.
Do I need a paid membership?
No. Verified pros can shop wholesale for free. A paid Pro membership ($19.99/mo or $150/yr) adds free deliveries, auto-restock, and priority dispatch.
Can non-professionals order too?
Yes. The general catalog is open to everyone; the pro-only wholesale catalog is gated behind license verification.
What if a store is out of stock mid-order?
The merchant proposes a substitute right from the store with a photo and a note. You get a push notification and choose in one tap: accept, ask for a different replacement, or refund the item.
